Design & Build

We can provide a complete design and build service to a pre-agreed budgeted cost and we are happy to liaise with the necessary authorities to ensure that all relevant planning conditions are successfully discharged.

Soft landscape schemes are generally designed in-house by our experienced management team. When we are commissioned to undertake larger, more complicated mixed hard and soft landscape schemes, we generally work in conjunction with a professional landscape architect to supplement our own in house resources.

A good example of such a project is New Tredegar School. We were employed on a design and build basis to provide a play garden for young children together with the general soft landscaping associated with this new school which is at the heart of a large regeneration scheme in the former mining community. Detailed design work included both hard and soft landscape together with play elements.

Through our involvement in the design process we are able to ensure that our client is provided with a cost effective scheme that fully meets the agreed design brief.
