Grounds Maintenance

Take a look through the Hard Landscape, Soft Landscape, and Mixed Landscape details and you will appreciate the wide variety schemes that we maintain. These range from indigenous roadside, reclamation or structure plantings through to prestigious urban landscapes. We are also increasingly asked to control the spread of Japanese Knotweed and this is a service that we are happy to provide.

A clean, tidy, well maintained external environment to any commercial premises, be it retail, restaurant, office or factory presents an excellent first impression. It will encourage customers to visit and give staff a pride in their workplace. We offer a tailor made service that will ensure the grounds to your property look at their best all year round.

Many of our grounds maintenance contracts are for housing association clients. Such contracts typically require us to make either weekly or fortnightly visits to residential properties and sites range in size from estates of in excess of 500 houses down to individual properties. A number of sites would usually be grouped together under one contract and the sites are often spread over a wide geographical area. Some of our housing association contracts involve maintaining estates that suffer social problems, occasionally housing problem tenants. Others involve maintaining properties that accommodate vulnerable or elderly persons. Our staff are trained to ensure that all tenants are treated with respect and in a professional manor, and that any situation that may arise is dealt with sensitively.
