Coldra Roundabout, Newport - Gateway Scheme

These works took place on a major traffic island under the M4 motorway (Junction 24) known as the Coldra. The junction has recently undergone major reconfiguration works and it forms the north eastern gateway to the city of Newport. With the prestigious Ryder Cup due to be held at the Celtic Manor Hotel in Newport in September 2010, the city was keen to provide a landmark gateway scheme and this was achieved through the implementation of a landscape and innovative feature LED lighting scheme.

Sensory Garden, Williams Medical Supplies, Rhymney

This contract for Williams Medical Supplies based in Rhymney, South Wales, was to provide a sensory garden for their employees to use during their break times.

Riverside Park, Mountain Ash, Rhondda Cynon Taff

We are proud to have been awarded a prestigious British Association of Landscape Industries National Award for this project where we have created a new public park for Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council on the site of the former Navigation Colliery.

Forecourt for the Interpretation Centre, Cardiff Castle

We were very pleased to be appointed by Cardiff Council to build the forecourt and to undertake the associated landscape works for the new interpretation centre built within the walls of Cardiff Castle.

Multi-Story Car Park, Cardiff Bay

We were appointed to undertake the soft landscape works on a multi-story car park, built by Sir Robert McAlpine in the heart of Cardiff Bay. The works involved importing both subsoil and topsoil, planting trees and shrubs, mulching and seeding. Also included were works to existing planted areas and the provision of Urban Tree Soil to trees planted within a paved traffic island.

Office Refurbishment, Pascal Close, St Mellons.

This contract has included our design input particularly in respect of the choice of plants. The project involved feature planting and turfing works around a new office development together with the installation of timber decking as well as other features.

The Marl General Improvements, Cardiff

This contract involved both the refurbishment of existing macadam footpaths and the construction new footpaths together with the installation of new seating and litter bins. In addition two new all weather sports areas have been created and extensive planting works undertaken including over 100 No. trees to create avenue planting to the paths.

The Ironworks, Blaenavon

This scheme involved refurbishing the entrance area and approaches to Blaenavon Ironworks, one of the most important monuments to have survived from the early part of the industrial revolution.

Penarth Marina Plas St Pol de Leon Square

This contract involved lifting the existing paving and demolishing the existing features before then providing a new enhanced public square.

Central Square, Graig-y-Racca, Caerphilly

This contract involved carrying out environmental improvements to the existing area to create a space which better served both the local business and residential communities alike.

Sirhowy Village Green, Tredegar

This contract required us to undertake environmental improvements to an area of waste ground situated adjacent a main road. The area was stripped of topsoil, re-graded, a car park, paths, steps and feature planters installed. Both native and ornamental planting works were undertaken, some with help from the local community.

Plateau A, Victoria Business Park - Environmental Improvements

This contract involved both hard and soft landscaping together with the installation of security fencing around a recently constructed industrial unit.
