Multi-Storey Car Park, Cardiff Bay - Soft Landscaping
We have been appointed to undertake the soft landscape works on this multi-story car park that is being built in the heart of Cardiff Bay. The works involve importing both subsoil and topsoil, planting trees and over 5000 shrubs, mulching and seeding. Also included are works to existing planted areas and the provision of Urban Tree Soil to trees that are to be planted within a paved traffic island.
Greenmeadow Springs Business Park, Coryton, Cardiff - Phase 2
We have been appointed to undertake both the soft landscape design and the implementation works involving topsoiling, planting, mulching and seeding on this new office development.
Ysgol Ifor Bach, Abertridwr, Caerphilly - Landscape Works
This contract involves the importation and spreading of topsoil, the supply and planting of trees and shrubs together with extensive cultivation and seeding works. Upon completion the works will be maintained for 12 months.
New Brewers Fayre and Premier Travel Inn, Wolverhampton.
This is another contract to undertake all of the topsoiling and soft landscaping works around a new Brewers Fayre public house and Premier Travel Inn hotel. Upon completion the works will be maintained for a period of twelve months.
Replacement Lower Rhymney Primary School
This contract involves the importation and spreading of topsoil together with extensive seeding works. The main contract works are being undertaken in three phases initially immediately adjacent to the current school that is still occupied. Under phase three of the works the pupils and school staff will complete their transfer to the new school and the existing school will be demolished. In its place we will construct a new sports field.
Devere Village Hotel, Swansea
This contract involves the importation and spreading of topsoil, the supply and incorporation of planting compost, laying of 1500 m2 of good quality lawn turf and the planting of numerous heavy standard rootballed trees, shrubs and hedging plants. The Hotel is being built on a prominent site at the gateway of the SA1 Swansea Waterfront Development. Upon completion the works will be maintained for a period of twelve months to ensure successful establishment.
